On October 12th-14th, 2018 Haisi (Xiamen) International New EnergyIndustry Expo & Forum was held in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center. The Expo and Forum exhibts new energy vehicles, solar energy, green buildings and smart cities, biomass energy and other related industries, aiming to create a communication platform for the industry to integrate resources, talents, technology, capital and other resources.

Our college has organized 14 scientific research achievements to participate in the exhibition, including biomass energy, new materials, advanced nuclear energy, solar energy, etc. It attracted many exhibitors and enterprises to stop and ask about more information.

Dean Li Ning attended the opening ceremony of the Expo and delivered a speech. He said that Haisi (Xiamen) International New EnergyIndustry Expo has been successfully held for many sessions. Xiamen has paid great attention to new energy from the government to enterprises and the public. Dean Li Ning and professor Wang Zhaolin were invited to participate in the “Multi-energy Complementary New Energy Featured Town Summit Forum and Cross-Strait New Energy and Skills Environmental Protection Project Exchange Matchmaking Meeting” which was held on 13th; Associate Professor Gong Zhengliang was invited to participate in the “New Energy Automobile Industry Chain Regional Cooperation Summit Forum”, and gave a report on “The Status and Development Trend of Power Battery Technology”.
