During April 17th to 21rd, College of Energy of Xiamen University held the first leading industrial enterprise cultivation research class, opening the curtain of the series of similar activities. Forty four trainees attended the training, who are the chairmen, general manager or senior management of enterprises from leading industrial enterprises in Wen Zhou.

Ning Li, the dean of College of Energy, welcomed the leaders of Wen Zhou Commission of Economy and Information Technology and all trainees, introducing the long history and present achievements of our university. Yang Liheng, deputy director of Wen Zhou Commission of Economy and Information Technology, addressed at the opening ceremony, encouraging the leading industrial enterprises to set up thinking of integrated development, plan a new path of transformation and upgrading exactly, broaden their horizons, relax their ideas and integrate all social resources, eventually making enterprises bigger and stronger, even in sustainable development.

Our college aimed to speed up training a group of leading enterprises that have prominent main business, strong core competitiveness, fast speed of development, good quality and benefit and obvious driving effect. And College of Energy practice the training which is based on the actual of WenZhou, combined with the demands of innovation development of these enterprises and relies on the teaching staff of our school.

We set courses in many aspects, including enterprise concept innovation, management innovation and enterprise development, observing organizational competitiveness in the Post Financial Times from the financial reports and so no. Meanwhile, we also organized trainees to inspect the Yacht base. The class also held a communication meeting about enterprise management innovation, which aimed at guiding trainees to think and inquire into enterprise development ideas further when learn new ideas.

The class won wide acclaim from the trainees. During the course, the entrepreneurs participated with high enthusiasm, learned actively and discussed with wonderful atmosphere. So the course achieved very good training results.
