On the afternoon of July 1, Xiamen University held the celebration of CPC’s 95th anniversary and the 90th anniversary of Fujian’s first Party Committee (founded in Xiamen University) in the Science and Art Center. During the event, outstanding committees and persons were awarded and they are expected to work harder in the future. Provincial and municipal leaders attended the event.

During the meeting, vice president Li Jianfa announced the list of outstanding committees and persons. Wang Ning, on behalf of Fujian provincial government, made a speech, and Secretary of Xiamen University’s Party Committee Zhang Yan spoke at the meeting.

Party Committee of College of Energy, founded in June 2013, was awarded “advanced grass-roots party organization”, which has played an important role in the development of the College of Energy.
