At 7p.m. on June 29th, the 6th graduate student representatives meeting of College of Energy was held in Room A221 in the Hemu Building. Deputy party secretary Zhaohai Ma, instructor Shufeng Gong,  President of the graduate student union of College of Ocean and Earth Sciences Xinghai Zhang, President of the graduate student union of College of Environment and Ecology Shiqiang Sun, the members of the 26th graduate committee of Xiamen university Zhenjie Zhuang, Xinxin Wang, Fuchuan Liu, Wenhao Wu and all the graduate student representatives were present at the meeting.

First of all, the host announced the opening of the meeting. And all the attendees stood up and sang the national anthem, then, the member of the 26th graduate committee Zhenjie Zhuang extended congratulations on the achievements that the 5th graduate students’ union of College of Energy has made. Chairman of the 5th graduate students’ union of College of Energy Ying Chen made an annual work report with the theme of “build a practical, concentric, learning, service-oriented and innovative graduate committee”. In the report, she reviewed the past work that the 5th graduate students’ union has done and achievements has made in various aspects and looked forward to the future. The graduate students’ union of College of Energy is expected to deepen service consciousness, formulate reasonable working system, strengthen the publicity and internal and external cooperation.

At campaign, every candidate of the 6th graduate students’ union of College of Energy made a splendid speech. They told about their efforts this year and their ability and their opinions and plans on the future of the graduate committee.

During the waiting time for counting, deputy party secretary Zhaohai Ma gave an inspiring speech. He firstly praised the last graduate students’ union’s work and put forward his expectations to the next graduate students’ union, hoping them to sum up the experience constantly, to make sure every work go well. At the same time, he wished the students could support the job of the union and work together to make College of Energy better!

At the end of the meeting, members of the 6th graduate were generated by secret ballot. They were : President Bin Luo, vice president Zhen li, Yaqing Zhou, Xiao Huang, Dong Lv, Hongtao Zhao.

After the meeting, all the attendees took pictures together and the meeting ended successfully.
