On August 12th，the 9th session of the National Contest College Students' Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction has come to an end in Jiangsu University. Teacher Zheng Songsheng and the other five undergraduates got the second award.

About 300 universities around the country took part in the contest and 180 research products entered the final. Under the guidance of instructor Huang Shiyu, all the work was done smoothly. At the same time, all of the undergraduates has learned a lot and made friendship with other universities.

On the afternoon of August10th, the team leader of the students made a specific introduction to their research product. Then, 7 professors gave some suggestions on how to improve it in terms of economic benefits and environmental protection.

On the afternoon of August 11th，all the research products were on display in the stadium. At that time, several professors have a keen interest in our team’s product . They asked some questions about it again. In the end, the undergraduates were interviewed by China Youth Daily and they think what counts most in the contest is not the award but the knowledge, experience, and scientific spirits they have gained.
