The First Competition of Teaching Skills for Junior Teachers of College of Energy was successfully held in HeMu building on November 10th 2016 for the purpose of improving our young teacher’s teaching skills as well as offering them a platform to display themselves. We were honored to have professor ZunBen Wang, Dean LiNing, professor LinLu and student representatives as our judges of the competition.
Before the competition began, our Dean LiNing encouraged young teachers to catch up with modern time and explore more suitable ways of teaching. Then our special guest professor ZunBen Wang gave a speech about focusing the improvement of young teachers’ teaching skills and offered many useful suggestions to our young teachers according to his own experience.
During the competition, we had ten well-dressed competitors display their works that were carefully prepared in advance and our judges gave out their valuable advices. At the end, teacher WangDuo won the first prize of the competition while YiChun Wu won the second prize and QiXun Guo won the third prize.
