On November 5^th, the XMU 51^st Sports Meeting came to an end in Xiang’an campus. The College of Energy has created glories again with an honored trophy. The undergraduate group ranked 10^th and the graduate group took the 7^th. Besides, the college team ranked 11^th in total score among all colleges. Meanwhile, the graduate group has ascended in the top eight for the first time.

Our college not only maintains the highest per capita score, but total point is in steady growth. In order to win trophy, we spared no effort to do preparations. On the one hand, our college organized scientific trainings, thus making it easy for athletes to have a good competitive spirit. On the other hand, our college did a perfect logistic work, which ensured to provide considerable service for our athletes. Everything is ready, just waiting for the arrival time of breakthrough. 

In the morning of November 4^th, annual sports meeting kicked off. The queue performance of all colleges caught all audiences' eye firstly, among which our college are undoubtedly the most fascinating. The energy students shouted slogans enthusiastically with steady steps and trim formation. The sunflower-windmill stands for our advanced technology and the blue shirt symbolized our chase for the blue sky.

Along with two-day drastic contention，our athletes has obtained proud results.

Undergraduate Liao Chenlei won the first place in high jump, refreshing the gold medal record of our college's female undergraduate. Bai Ruifa has also won the sixth place in shot. Furthermore, our undergraduates also took the 7^th place in the 30*60 relay race. Graduates group also receive victories one after another in all sports items. When the news of victories came one by one from round, all of us jumped for joy and clapped excitedly.

Small energy, big power. We all believe that the College of Energy will cast a brighter future.
