On the afternoon of September 1st , Secretary of the Party Committee of College of Energy Ziguang Sun, Deputy Secretary Zhaohai Ma, Huifang Miao, Secretary of Youth League Committee Shufeng Gong, Instructor Shiyu Huang, Class Adviser of freshmen Shuirong Li and representatives of senior students in total of over ten people prepared a thoughtful greeting for the freshmen of 2016 who are in military training, which made them feel the care from College of Energy.

Senior students fully prepared the greeting. After discussion, they purchased fruits such as watermelons and grapes and then transported these goods to Shangxian Playground.

There was a wonderful performance after the senior students gave out the foods. Hongxia Kang came out first and brought a Mongolian dancing. Gentle and graceful movements attracted freshmen's eyes. Subsequently, freshman Qiu walked to the stage and sang a song for us. Everyone flapped along with his rhythm and the atmosphere immediately became ebullient. And then was another song brought by Tiantong Wu who showed his appealing voice and made us feel lost. After all these performances, Yuan Cheng organized a small game which called “jump the 3”. All those who made mistakes were asked to perform something. Everyone enjoyed a happy afternoon.

In the end, leaders of College of Energy, the senior students and all the freshmen took a photo together. The freshmen also received the photos taken when they came to Xiang’an Campus for the first time. We hope each student can deeply understand the meaning of the military training and put the positive spirits into their coming life and study.
