On December 4th, Tenth Cheerleading Championship of Xiamen University（Xiang’an Campus） was successfully held in the sports stadium of Xiang’an. In spite of the fiercer competition among ten teams from different colleges, the team from the College of Energy fought hard and eventually got the Excellent Prize, whose fantastic performance elicited the applause and praise from the audience and the raters.
At first, Miss.Zhang Qiushuang made a concise speech as the start of the competition, which highlighted the significance and the aim. Then, the coach led all the athletes to warm up through an energetic exercise. All the people in the stadium immersed in the enthusiastic music.
After a simple introduction to the raters, the performances were on. All the teams showed their wonderful skills to the audience one by one. The hard training and the creative choreography made the competition more brilliant.
The College of Energy was the forth to perform. With bright smiles, sixteen dynamic athletes made a splendid lift as the start. Their orderly movement and great performance apparently showed the efforts they have made.
Although the level of the difficulty of the whole movement was not very high, everyone attached great importance to the basis and normatively made every posture. With the loud watchword, the whole performance brought both the visual and hearing impact greatly to the audience.
At 10:40, Tenth Cheerleading Championship came to the end. Our team got the Excellent Prize. It's the appreciation, happiness, friendship which still exists after the competition and the spirit of going beyond ourselves that finally remain.
