On the morning of April 20, 2018, College of Energy held the first faculty meeting in 2018 in A204 meeting room, He Mu Building, and the whole faculty and staff of the college attended the meeting. The meeting has discussed about and passed the  Performance Evaluation Method for Full-time Teachers in College of Energy Xiamen University (Trial Implementation)  and the  Performance Evaluation Method for Engineering Professional and Technical positions in College of Energy Xiamen University (Trial Implementation) .

        Dean Li Ning elaborated the spirit and the process of the methods in detail. Some faculty members put forward suggestions and questions on the meeting, which were answered by  Dean Li Ning. In the end, College party secretaries Sun Ziguang made a conclusionspeaking.
