On the afternoon of January 12, 2017, the Energy College held a faculty meeting and a 2017 annual work summary meeting in the A204 conference room of Hemu Building. The faculty and staff of the college attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Ma Zhaohai, deputy secretary of the party committee of the college.

        In the meeting, Dean of College of Energy Li Ning pointed out that 2017 was a significant year for the College of Energy. Our college has made great achievement in undergraduate education, doctoral education, etc. However, there are also shortcomings that still need to be improved.

        Li Ning also elaborated the plan for 2018, emphasizing the importance of being united and taking advantage of our strengths.

        After that, Vice Dean of College of Energy Lin Lu made a report about graduation education and scientific research. Vice Dean of College of Energy Wang Zhaolin made a report about undergraduate education. Office Director Zhang Zhenghong made a report about the financial situation of College of Energy and union’s work during last year.

        To motivate the faculty, College of Energy reward the outstanding teams and personnel.

        At last, party secretary Sun ZiGuang thanked the faculty for their devoting work. He presented his hope for all the faculty to do better in the coming year.
