On July 27, our college organized and held the 2018 summer stay-in-school students safety education work conference. Ma Zhaohai, deputy secretary of the party committee of our college, Gong Shufeng, secretary of the youth league committee and all students who will stay in the school on the summer vacation attended the conference.

Gong Shufeng, secretary of the youth league committee of the college, comprehensively emphasized the importance of safety and the corresponding preventive measures for the students in the summer vacation from the aspects of accommodation safety, experimental safety, traffic safety, food and health safety, and financial safety. He pointed out that during the summer vacation, undergraduates must strictly obey the regulations on centralized accommodation, and the college carries out dynamic and centralized management of students who stay on campus, requiring all students to keep their mobile phones on, and timely submit their personal schedule to the college. He stressed that it was strictly prohibited to swim in the waters outside the swimming pool during the summer vacation. In case of typhoon weather, safety precautions against severe weather should be made in strict accordance with the unified arrangement of the college.

    Ma Zhaohai, college vice party secretaries, stressed that safety was of great importance to every student, and was also the most important link in our talent training. We hope that every student could always keep a high level of vigilance and firmly cultivate safety awareness. He stressed that students staying on campus should consciously and strictly abide by laws, regulations and rules of the school, obey the management of the school, ensure smooth communication, and keep in touch with teachers, classmates and family members. During the summer vacation, the college will organize and carry out all kinds of recreational and sports activities and social practice activities, and all welcome stay-in-school students to participate in actively and strengthen physical exercise and develop a healthy lifestyle and a reasonable arrangement.         At the conference,college vice party secretaries Ma Zhaohai also gave a detailed briefing and explanation to all the participating students on the unified renovation of the summer graduate studio, hoping that all the teachers and students of the college can participate in the process of centralized reconstruction, actively provide suggestions for the reconstruction project, overcome the inconvenience caused in the process of reconstruction, and strongly support the major initiatives of the college in the process of promotion.
