After discussion, the experts concluded that “Research on Software Probabilistic Risk Assessment Method and Technology of Digital Instrument Control System in Nuclear Power Plant” and the “Study on Biomass Clean Fractionation Dissociation and Component High Value Utilization Technology” have completed the planned tasks. They asked the project team to further consolidate the research direction and decided to give continued support; Research on all-carbon graphene-DLC thin-film solar cells progressed slowly, because that the equipment transformation failed to complete as expected, the experts required the project team to speed up the progress and would continue to support after the team has submitted a more specific next-year plan; “Construction of laboratory assembly platform for lithium ion soft pack battery project will be included into the 2018 project, and re-declared, due to the replacement of research direction; Energy-converting device based on two-dimensional materials projectdecided to be terminated because the person in charge has been transferred to another unit.
